The Miami Dolphins preseason schedule is beginning to shape with the release of training camp and joint practice dates on Monday, June 22.
Per the NFL Network’s Ian Rappaport, rookies will report to Dolphins training camp on July 21 with veterans arriving at Baptist Health Training Complex in Miami Gardens a week later on July 28.
The Dolphins will participate in their first joint practice session on Aug. 12 when they visit the Washington Commanders in Ashburn, Virginia. Miami will then host the New York Giants in Miami Gardens on Aug. 20.
The opening of Dolphins training camp will give fans the first glimpse of a new era under first-year head coach Jeff Hafley.
Miami finished 7-10 last season and missed the playoffs, prompting an organization overhaul. General manager Chris Grier was fired during the season while head coach Mike McDaniel was fired after the end of the regular season.
