A brand new Lee Health outpatient facility is coming to Cape Coral’s Bimini Square development in the Bimini Basin district. Opening in October 2025, it promises to further facilitate the healthcare needs of a booming population.

Lee Health’s new Bimini Square outpatient facility
Located on 414 Cape Coral Parkway E, this new facility is set to offer several services to its patients. According to a post on the Lee Health Facebook page, the Bimini Square facility will offer the following:
“As Cape Coral continues to grow, we’re growing with you, ensuring residents and visitors alike have greater access to expert care, closer to home,” Lee Health said in its Facebook post. “This project reflects our promise to deliver compassionate, community-focused healthcare now and for generations to come.”
The new Bimini facility will join several Lee Health locations already existing in Cape Coral, including Cape Coral Hospital, an outpatient center on Surfside, and a Cape Coral Convenient Care Center on Pine Island.
Opening dates for different departments
The different departments at the Bimini facility will have staggering opening times starting in late September, according to Lee Health spokesperson Jaclyn Beavis. Here’s when each department opens to the public:
