LEAD Brevard crowned the 2026 4 Under 40 Leadership award winners on Friday, Feb. 13, and gave a special award to Bino Campanini, a former chairman of the board of the nonprofit leadership organization.
The 4 Under 40 Recognition event, held at the Raddison Resort at the Port, showcases the next generation of leaders under the age of 40, who are making a positive impact in Brevard through their commitment to community and their profession.
The four winners were:
They were among 12 finalists who also included: Kaitlyn Bonner of 18th Circuit Court Public Defenders Office; Destiny Collazo of Space Coast Credit Union; Abby Hemenway of Space Coast TPO; Brandon Milam of Catered Dish; Megan Patel of Alluvionic Inc.; Stephanie Robinson of CareerSource Brevard Flagler Volusia; Kelly Sarria of Brevard Public Schools; and Andres Yepes of Three Bridges Planning.
“Tonight, we celebrate more than achievement — we celebrate impact,” said Monica Newman McCluney, chairman of the LEAD Brevard board. “The 2026 Top 12 Finalists for the 4 Under 40 Award represent the very best of bold, forward-thinking leadership in our community. These dynamic women and men are not waiting for change — they are creating it. They are conveners, innovators, and problem-solvers who unite people across sectors to tackle complex challenges and drive meaningful progress.”
Campanini was honored as the recipient of the 2026 Rodney S. Ketcham Leadership Icon Award during the event. Campanini came to Brevard in 1986 from the Channel Islands of Jersey, UK, as an 18-year-old student-athlete recruited to play soccer at Florida Tech, where he earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees.
A national championship player and coach, Campanini went on to work 17 years with Stotler Stagg Architecture, including serving as CEO, followed by 12 years at Florida Tech leading Alumni and Student Affairs as Senior Vice President. As a former chairman of the LEAD Brevard board, he established the Ketcham award.
“Known for his ability to connect people and lift others as he rises, Bino’s legacy is defined not by titles, but by impact,” LEAD Brevard said in a statement. “Bino continues to face life’s greatest challenge following his brain cancer diagnosis with the same determination, courage, and resolve that have long defined his leadership, showing up, giving his best, and inspiring others every step of the way.”
The Ketcham Award is presented to an individual who demonstrates a history of vision, service, and leadership for the betterment of the county.
LEAD Brevard is a nonprofit aimed at bettering the community by inspiring people to lead.
