Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen was injured on a 2-yard touchdown rush in the first half against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Allen’s leg was bent awkwardly after crossing the goal line, resulting in him needing assistance off the field. He immediately went to the medical tent for a short visit, which was his second trip to the tent.
He was evaluated for a head injury during the first quarter, but was cleared to return to play. Allen’s second trip to the medical tent was a quick one, rejoining his teammates on the bench after a quick evaluation.
The Bills currently lead the Jaguars 10-7 in the first half of their AFC playoff game. Allen and the Bills scored their opening touchdown after winning a challenge that reversed a first down by Jacksonville on fourth down.
The Bills will get the ball coming out of the halftime break.
