Identities of suspects in Fort Myers bank robbery revealed

Two Fort Myers residents were arrested in connection to a local bank robbery.

Joseph Driggers, 44, and Kelsey Holtz, 45, were arrested on Thursday, June 26, linked to a bank robbery at the Truist Bank, 4959 S. Cleveland Ave. near the Page Field Airport, at approximately 10 a.m., according to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies said no one was injured.

Driggers faces charges of robbery with a firearm, possession of cocaine and possession of methamphetamines.

Holtz faces one count for robbery with a firearm.

Both suspects remained in custody Friday at the Lee County Jail and are scheduled for arraignment on July 28.
