The 2025 college football regular-season schedule is entering its waning phase now that 10 weeks of play are in the books. Next up for the Florida Gators are the Kentucky Wildcats, who host them in Lexington this Saturday for a Southeastern Conference showdown.
Ahead of the Week 11 action, the early betting odds are out, which slightly favor the Orange and Blue in a critical game down the stretch that could determine whether Florida plays in the postseason. Those lines, as well as how to stream the game — as well as a prediction and pick — lie just below.
The Gators are 3-5 overall after losing a winnable game against the Georgia Bulldogs in Jacksonville, 24-20; the Cats are also 3-5 following a 10-3 win at the Auburn Tigers last Saturday. Florida is 2-3 in SEC play while Kentucky has won just one of its six conference matchups.

The Gators proved last week that they can hang with the big boys, pushing the Dawgs to the brink well into the fourth quarter. Of course, Florida once again could not seal the deal, but the team has the tools to beat pretty much anyone on a given day.
This Kentucky team is a far cry from that UGA squad and there is every reason to believe Billy Gonzales can orchestrate a 60-minute effort that results in a victory. According to the SP+ ratings, UF’s offense ranks 65th while the defense ranks 20th in the country; UK’s offense ranks 78th while the defense ranks 44th per the same metric.
Looks like the Orange and Blue hold the edge here, even if the game is on the road. That win last weekend against Auburn is Kentucky’s only triumph in conference play and I do not expect them to add another this weekend.
PREDICTION: Florida 27, Kentucky 20
