Florida State offers offensive lineman prospect from Tennessee

Florida State has six commitments in the 2027 recruiting class, but they’re still searching for a pledge from an offensive lineman. Their search has reached the state of Tennessee as they have extended a schoalrship offer to three-star prospect Luke Burger.

“#AGTG Super grateful to have an OFFER to play @FSUFootball. Thank you @CoachHand for taking the time to visit me @sbafootball. It was great learning about the program. I’m excited to build a relationship,” Burger wrote on social media.

Burger has around 20 scholarship offers on the table for him so far. Duke, UCLA, Louisville, Virginia Tech, and Wake Forest are among his other offers.

He’s the No. 1,035 overall recruit and the nation’s No. 83 offensive tackle per the 247Sports composite rankings. The 6-foot-7, 285-pounder is also the No. 38 prospect from Tennessee.

Burger has an official visit locked in with Vanderbilt on May 28. He also has multiple official visits in June to Duke and Cincinnati. FSU will be looking to add its name to the list soon.
