Florida State is fresh off hosting a camp for prospects over the next few recruiting cycles. There were quite a few players from the state of Georgia in Tallahassee including 2028 three-star edge Quinn Jacobs, who is the son of former NFL running back Brandon Jacobs.
It was his first time on FSU’s campus, and he made sure to put his best foot forward. The 6-foot-3, 220-pounder did enough to earn a scholarship offer from the Seminoles. He also has offers from the Alabama Crimson Tide, Clemson Tigers, North Carolina Tar Heels, and Wake Forest Demon Deacons among others.
“WOWWWW! After a great conversation with @Coach_Norvell and @CoachNickWill I am blessed to receive an offer from Florida State University!,” Jacobs announced on social media.
Jacobs appeared in seven games as a sophomore at Blessed Trinity Catholic High School. He tallied 13 tackles, two tackles for loss, and one sack per MaxPreps.
He’s the No. 637 prospect in the country and the No. 61 edge according to Rivals’ industry rankings. He’s also listed as the No. 69 recruit in Georgia.
