Florida State extends offer to in-state 2029 safety

The Florida State Seminoles continue to try to get a leg up in the 2029 recruiting class. Justin Stewart, a safety prospect, is the latest in the cycle to receive a scholarship offer from FSU.

“Blessed to receive an offer from Florida State University!!! #Gonoles I loved the conversation with @Coach2Bless Thank you!,” Stewart wrote on social media.

Despite only being a freshman, Stewart has quite a few scholarships on the table already. The UCF Knights, USF Bulls, Cincinnati Bearcats, and California Bears are some of his other offers.

Stewart started off his high school career with a productive season in 2025. He finished with 34 tackles, five tackles, two sacks, and one pass breakup for Santaluces High School as a freshman.

At the moment, there aren’t any reported visits that Stewart has taken. It would be smart for FSU to get ahead of that and get him to Tallahassee now that they have offered the 5-foot-11, 180-pounder.
