A Southern-inspired breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant opened in Port St. Lucie on June 15.
Another Broken Egg Cafe’s newest location opened in The Shoppes at Veranda Falls plaza on Becker Road.
The menu has chef-driven dishes that highlight classic breakfast and brunch items such as French toast, omelets, pancakes and waffles with a Southern twist. The restaurant eventually will have a full bar.
Menus will be seasonal and limited-time throughout the year, with two sections for those with dietary restrictions, including a gluten-friendly guide and a vegetarian guide.

The restaurant has an inviting energy with bright walls, wooden accents, light blue booths and chicken logos spread throughout the inside.
Another Broken Egg was founded as Broken Egg Cafe in 1996 in Old Mandeville, Louisiana, by Ron Green. Two years later, the second location opened in Destin, Florida, as Another Broken Egg Cafe. After 30 years, the chain now has spread nationwide to over 100 cafes in 17 states.
The menu was refreshed in 2017 and is the same menu served across the country today.
Another Broken Egg is now run by The 3 Good Eggs Team, with CEO and President Jorge Salvat.

Port St. Lucie’s Another Broken Egg is a franchise owned and run by four people; Angelo Genova, Chuck and Craig Minervini, and Bob Swigonski.
Genova used to run a construction company on Long Island, New York, and a small shop in Florida. Swigonski is an Air Force veteran and restaurateur who operated Denny’s, Bennigan’s and Longhorn Steakhouse restaurants.
Chuck Minervini used to own the East Side Comedy Club on Long Island, where comics such as Eddie Murphy, Ray Romano and Jerry Seinfeld did standup. Craig Minervini is a longtime South Florida TV personality for ABC’s WPBF 25.
Another Broken Egg Cafe also has a mobile app where customers can place online orders and join the waitlist remotely to skip any waits.
