Three Florida football players are garnering early buzz for the 2027 NFL Draft: running back Jadan Baugh, wide receiver Eric Singleton Jr. and linebacker Myles Graham.
Sports Illustrated’s list is headlined by 2025 All-SEC Second-Team selection Baugh, who was also recently tapped as a potential Heisman candidate for the upcoming campaign after emerging as one of the SEC’s premier backs. Last season, the 6-foot-1-inch, 231-pound rusher started all 12 games, running 220 times for 1,170 yards and eight rushing touchdowns. His rushing yards, rushing attempts, rushing touchdowns and total touchdowns led the team.
Singleton Jr. brings explosiveness and big-play potential to the Gators’ offense. The 5-foot-10 inch, 180-pound pass-catcher possesses NFL-caliber speed, one of the traits that made him a sought-after commodity in the portal. The Auburn transfer aims to translate that ability into results as Florida will prominently feature the former freshman All-American next season. His addition will transform the Gators’ offense vertically.
Graham could break out as the centerpiece of Brad White’s defense — his combination of athleticism and instincts makes him an ideal candidate to lead the Gators defense back into the top-25. The 6-foot-1-inch, 228-pound linebacker’s ability to cover sideline-to-sideline makes his projections as a professional promising.
The trio of impact players reflects Florida’s roster improvement at the top end. Florida had seven players taken in the 2026 NFL Draft — one player in each round, which was a first for the program. A continuous stream of NFL talent will help reshape the national perception as the program retools under new head coach Jon Sumrall.
