A fatal crash has shut down the exit 289 off-ramp on northbound Interstate 95 in Palm Coast the morning of June 4, according to the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office.
The sheriff’s office is assisting the Florida Highway Patrol, which is investigating the fatal crash, according to the post on social media.
The sheriff’s office advises motorists to use the 284 exit as an alternate.
