After charges were dropped against one woman in a fatal 2025 crash, a Deltona woman was arrested on May 22 in the triple-fatal, hit-and-run crash that killed three people, including the Flagler County deputy administrator.
Alisa Lee Montalvo, 47, was charged with three counts of leaving the scene of a crash with death, three counts of vehicular homicide, reckless driving with serious bodily injury and tampering with physical evidence.
Montalvo was booked into the Volusia County Branch Jail about 11:23 p.m. May 22.
Montalvo was being held without bond. She was also ordered to surrender her passport.

About six hours before Montalvo was booked, the 7th Circuit State Attorney’s Office announced that it would not file charges against Lindsey Brooke Isaacs, 23, of Palm Coast.
The State Attorney’s Office also said her passport and Dodge Durango shall be returned to her.
The Florida Highway Patrol had arrested Isaacs on April 17 and charged her with three counts of leaving the scene of a crash with death; three counts of vehicular homicide; one count of leaving scene of a crash involving serious bodily injury; and one count of reckless driving serious bodily injury.
But on May 22, prosecutors cleared Isaacs of charges in the crash.
The crash happened the night of on Oct. 4, 2025, on eastbound Interstate 4 near DeBary when a vehicle caused a chain reaction crash that involved a Ford Focus, a Honda Pilot and a motorcycle.
Flagler County’s deputy administrator, Jorge Salinas, and his wife, Nancy, were in a Honda Pilot and died in the crash.
A Deltona motorcyclist, identified as Joaquin Deno in a court filing, was also killed.
