The Victor Valley College Foundation will honor Alumni Hall of Fame and Distinguished Service Award Honorees during its “Luster in Legacy” 50th Anniversary Celebration.
The awards gala is scheduled for Feb. 28, at the Educational Events Center on the lower campus at 12395 Mojave Fish Hatchery Road in Victorville.

The event is supported by community partners and sponsors, including presenting sponsor Desert Valley Hospital and Desert Valley Medical Group.
The 2026 gala, themed “Luster in Legacy,” will honor those who have shaped and sustained the foundation’s mission over five decades, organizers stated.
For 50 years, the foundation has expanded educational access, enhanced programs, and built regional partnerships. This anniversary highlights the lasting impact of the Foundation’s dedicated supporters.
“The Alumni Hall of Fame & Distinguished Service Awards allow the Foundation to shine a spotlight on truly exceptional individuals in our High Desert Community,” said Kirsten Acosta, executive director of the Victor Valley College Foundation. “Our region is filled with people who work tirelessly to uplift their communities and institutions of education. As we celebrate the Foundation’s 50th anniversary, we are proud to honor those whose legacy continues to move our college and community forward.”
