Construction continues for Stockton’s newest In-N-Out Burger restaurant.
The new location at 10537 Trinity Pkwy., is one of five “coming soon” In-N-Out Burger restaurants listed on the “Grand Openings” page on the company’s website. Other locations are expected in Arizona, Utah and Idaho.
In-N-Out Burger’s Chief Operating Officer, Denny Warnick, confirmed in an email to The Record, on Tuesday, July 7, that the Trinity Parkway location in Stockton “is progressing through the construction phase and is expected to open later this year.”
In-N-Out Burger was founded 78 years ago in 1948 by Harry and Esther Snyder in Baldwin Park, according to the company. The company remains privately owned and operated.
“In-N-Out Burger’s menu has remained the same since 1948, and we have maintained a simple philosophy – serve only the highest quality product, prepare it in a clean and sparkling environment, and serve it in a warm and friendly manner,” the In-N-Out Burger website states. “We have built a reputation for fresh, made-to-order foods prepared and served by friendly, well trained Associates.”

Warnick said they are “always looking for great associates” to join their team.
“Hiring is underway for our new Stockton restaurant, and we’re hopeful to employ 50 to 60 new Associates upon opening, with additional hiring opportunities in the months that follow,” Warnick said. “The starting wage for Associates is $22 per hour, and raises can be earned quickly from there.”
The company is currently hiring for part-time “Store Associate” at the new location.
“This job is what In-N-Out is all about: serving customers the freshest, highest quality foods and providing them with a friendly experience in a sparkling clean environment,” the job description states. “At In-N-Out, our work environment is fast-paced, fun, and team-oriented.”
Qualifications for this position include prior customer service or hospitality experience is a “plus” but not required, to have a friendly and positive attitude and be willing to work as a team and have strong work ethics, problem solving skills and communication skills.
