The San Francisco 49ers have announced their open practice schedule for this year’s training camp.
All practices will take place at the SAP Performance Center next to Levi’s Stadium. Tickets will go on sale for season ticket members on July 15 at 2:00pm Pacific Time. The general public will be able to purchase tickets beginning the following day at 10:00am Pacific Time.
Here’s a rundown of the practice dates:
The team’s August 7 session will once again be “87 Day,” a dedication to legendary 49ers wide receiver Dwight Clark.
Per a release from the team:
During open practice on Thursday, August 7, the 49ers will celebrate “87 Day,” the organization’s annual tradition meant to honor, celebrate, and remember 49ers legend Dwight Clark and raise awareness for individuals impacted by ALS. All ticket proceeds from 87 Day will be donated by the 49ers Foundation to the Golden Heart Fund, a player-led community where former 49ers support one another in navigating the challenges that come with life after the NFL.
Parking for training camp practices is free in Red Lot 1 near Levi’s Stadium. The club announced it will provide shuttles from the lot to the SAP Performance Center. Sliced fruit and water is permitted inside the practice facility, but no concessions will be sold inside.
The team also announced their foundation’s Dig for Gold Auction & Sale will take place at camp again, giving fans the chance to snag 49ers memorabilia.
Open practices will run up through the first preseason game, which is slated for August 9 at Levi’s Stadium against the Denver Broncos.
