The Los Angeles Rams and Seattle Seahawks will play two rematches of their NFC title game meeting last January, and it seems one of them will fall on Christmas Day.
Dave Mahler of 93.3 KJR in Seattle posted on social media that he’s hearing the Seahawks and Rams will play on Christmas at Lumen Field. It hasn’t been confirmed by any other outlets or reporters, but if true, it’ll be the Rams’ second time playing on Christmas since 2022.
The full schedule will be released on Thursday night, so it won’t be long before we find out whether this rumor turns out to be true.
If the Rams do face the Seahawks in Seattle on Dec. 25, we can assume their first meeting of the season will come before that, which will be Los Angeles’ first opportunity to avenge its loss in the playoffs last year.
The Rams and Seahawks are the two Super Bowl favorites based on the current odds, so both matchups will be marquee games for the NFL, assuming both teams can stay healthy.
