Rhea Lana's consignment event, Latino music comes to Victorville fairgrounds

The San Bernardino County Fairgrounds’ event calendar heats up in August with The Marinelli Bros. Circus, an evening of Latino music and the return of the ever-expanding Rhea Lana’s children’s consignment event.

Marinelli Circus showtimes are daily through Aug. 17, and will feature jaw-dropping stunts, soaring aerialists, magic acts, world-class performers, and food and fun for visitors of all ages.

Some of the acts during the two-hour show will include the Wheel of Danger, Trampoline Wall, Aerial Straps, Ball Juggling by Sergio Reyes and performances by Matti the Clown.

The show is completely original and performed by a nearly all-new cast of nearly 30 individuals, recruited from the U.S., Mexico, South America and Europe.

Rhea Lana’s pop-up

The Rhea Lana’s consignment pop-up event is scheduled from Aug. 23 to 28, at the fairgrounds on Seventh Street in Victorville.

In spring 2024, Victorville mom Jessica Crouch established her High Desert-based franchise site, which sets up shop twice a year, for parents looking to sell and purchase high-quality children’s items.

Crouch said Rhea Lana’s pop-up sites are “amazing shopping” experiences where moms and grandparents can find high-quality kids’ clothing, toys and accessories at great prices.

Because of this addition, the pop-up event now accepts larger items, such as cribs, toddler beds and twin-size beds.

The event cannot accept mattresses, as state law prevents the resale of used mattresses.

The Victorville consignment event in September 2025 offered nearly 40,000 items.

The Rhea Lana’s schedule included pre-event specials, half-price pre-sales, and main sales days. Half-price pre-sale guest days are designed for teachers, military moms and health care workers.

Gran Bailazo Bajo Las Estrellas

The fairgrounds grandstand will be the scene for a night of live music and dancing when the Gran Bailazo Bajo Las Estrellas comes to town.

The featured performers at the six-hour event that begins at 7 p.m. on Aug. 28 include Gerardo Ortiz, Banda Arkangel R-15, Cohuich, and Elejidos De La Sierra.

The San Bernardino County Fairgrounds is located at 14800 Seventh St. in Victorville.
