Rams vs. 49ers Week 1 betting odds released: See who's favored in Australia

The Los Angeles Rams will open the 2026 season in unconventional fashion, heading all the way to Melbourne, Australia for a Week 1 matchup with the San Francisco 49ers on Sept. 10. The game is still four months away but oddsmakers have already set betting lines for the season opener.

According to DraftKings Sportsbook, the Rams are 2.5-point favorites over their rivals, with the over/under being set at 48.5 points.

There’s no home-field advantage in this game since it’s being played halfway around the globe, which shows oddsmakers believe the Rams are simply the better team on a neutral field.

Rams vs. 49ers odds

The Rams and 49ers split the season series last year, 1-1, with San Francisco pulling off a stunning upset in Week 5 despite being without Brock Purdy, George Kittle, Jauan Jennings and others.

This will be a rare neutral field matchup for these two rivals, which might work in the Rams’ favor considering the 49ers tend to have a crowd advantage no matter which stadium they play in.

Rams-49ers in Week 1 will be aired on Netflix, according to one report, though it will be broadcast on traditional TV in local markets.
