Rams announce 2026 training camp start date and location

In just over a month, the Los Angeles Rams will be back on the field for the start of training camp. The NFL announced start dates for every team’s training camp in July, including the Rams’ at Loyola Marymount University.

Rams rookies and veterans will both report on July 25, kicking things off at LMU. The team hasn’t announced its full schedule of practices and events yet, but those details will come at a later date.

This is the second straight year the Rams will hold camp at LMU after previously using UC Irvine as the site for training camp. Loyola Marymount is located right in Los Angeles, so the Rams are staying local.

Below are the locations and start dates for every team’s training camp.

Sean McVay gave his team a head start on summer break when he canceled minicamp last week, sending players home a little bit early and concluding the offseason program after OTAs.

The Rams’ first game of the preseason game is August 15 at the Chiefs, with the regular season beginning in Australia on Sept. 10. The Rams plan to have joint practices with the Cowboys on Aug. 11 and the Saints on Aug. 20, both in Los Angeles.
