Murrieta-born, Temecula-raised pop powerhouse Olivia Rodrigo is throwing her own music festival in Irvine this summer, and it will feature an all-female lineup. Proceeds from the event will be donated to charities that support the advancement and advocacy of women and girls.
The festival, which will take place on Saturday, Aug. 29 at Great Park, is called Daisy Chain Fields and will feature performances by Rodrigo, Bikini Kill, Chappell Roan, Katseye, Sarah McLachlan, Fleetwood Mac vocalist Stevie Nicks, Yeah Yeah Yeahs frontwoman Karen O, and more.
“The lineup is truly insane and full of my heroes and friends. I firmly believe that joy, community, and music can be the drivers of meaningful change and I’m hopeful this festival will be just that,” Rodrigo said in a post on Instagram.

Olivia Rodrigo has a history of performing in the desert
Olivia Rodrigo may not be from the Coachella Valley, but the Riverside County native loves to play in the eastern area of her home region.
Rodrigo opened her Guts tour at Acrisure Arena in Palm Desert on Feb. 23, 2024, and the songstress has since performed twice at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival as a special guest — once with No Doubt at Coachella 2024 and with Addison Rae at Coachella 2026.
