What is the state of the housing market? Is it the right time to purchase or sell a home? And what about financing to buy my dream home?
Those questions and many more will be answered during this month’s High Desert Association of REALTORS’ Home Buyer Fair: A Roadmap to Homeownership.
The free buyer’s fair is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on April 8, at the San Bernardino County Fairgrounds at 14800 Seventh St. in Victorville.
The buyer’s fair is designed to be a one-stop event to get the guidance, resources, and expert advice you need to make your dream home a reality, the association stated.
Resources and industry leaders will be available to discuss lending solutions, escrows, titles, credit and payment assistance programs.
The event will include speakers, booths, giveaways, face painting, a balloon artist, food trucks and more.
The ARC Mobile Unit from the San Bernardino County Assessor’s Office will also be onsite to help with documents, filings, and copies of various certificates, including birth, marriage, and more.
