A Night to Remember

Cathedral City Senior Center hosts its annual gala at 6 p.m. at Agua Caliente Casino Resort Spa in Rancho Mirage. The evening raises critical funds for the center’s programs and services and features a cocktail reception, dinner, live auction, awards and entertainment by the boy band Project. AAUW annual luncheon

Presented by the American Association of University Women, Coachella Valley Branch. The featured speaker will be Deputy Chief Kyle Stjerne of the Palm Springs Police Department, who will speak on the role of women in law enforcement, as well as the use of technology in modern policing. 11:30 a.m., Palm Valley Country Club. Pickleball for a Purpose

JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort in Palm Desert presents the “2026 The Beat Goes On” pickleball tournament. Hosted by the Greater Palm Springs Marriott Business Council, this all-day event (8 a.m.-4 p.m.) benefits the American Heart Association of Coachella Valley.
