CJ Daniels shares motivational message after being drafted: 'We ain't done yet'

The Los Angeles Rams landed what appears to be their next pass-catching project in CJ Daniels. The sixth-round selection from the University of Miami is set to be the latest late-round receiver project for Sean McVay and company, with expectations being high for Daniels due to his collegiate production. And given the success stories from the organization like Cooper Kupp, Puka Nacua, Van Jefferson, Konata Mumpfield and others, Daniels could turn into a talented NFL receiver.

Daniels holds himself to a higher standard, demanding the best every time he takes the field. In order to do so, he has to dig deep to push himself to heights others would not go. Daniels made this mindset evident in a video of his draft day, mentioning the pass catchers selected before him and using each time he was passed over as fuel for his professional career.

In the video, Daniels mentioned that the NFL was his dream, but it’s not the conclusion of his journey. He showed appreciation to his friends and family who celebrated the day with him, saying there’s more to come.
