Amon-Ra St. Brown is an engaged man.
The Detroit Lions’ All-Pro wide receiver and his longtime girlfriend, Brooklyn Adams, announced their engagement in a post on social media on Tuesday, July 7, that included 11 slides with the caption “Hard launch.”
The couple shared pictures of the big day, which showed St. Brown down on one knee at the bow of a yacht, surrounded by white flowers and a sign that read “Mrs.”
The post drew comments from all kinds of notable people, including Lions superfan Taylor Lautner, Falcons wide receiver Drake London and Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams.
The proposal appears to have been a long time coming, as the couple has been together since high school, according to an article from People in November of 2025.
The couple was also prominently featured on the Netflix show “Receivers,” which profiled some of the NFL’s top pass catchers in a season-long series.
St. Brown has played five seasons with the Lions after they drafted him in the fourth round in 2021 out of USC. It didn’t take him long to establish himself as one of the league’s top receivers, which he then turned into a four-year, $120 million contract with $77 million guaranteed after the 2024 season.
Adams, meanwhile, is a registered nurse and helped start the St. Brown Foundation and also boasts over 15,000 followers on Instagram.
