Movement, the annual Memorial Day weekend fest that has become one of Detroit’s most distinctive cultural traditions, returns to Hart Plaza this weekend. More than 100 artists will be performing at the celebration of electronic dance music from Saturday, May 23, through Monday, May 25.
General admission passes are still on sale ($398.43 for three-day tickets, $227.45 for single-day), with some single-day VIP passes ($299.99) also available. Note: Three-day VIP passes and Saturday VIP passes are sold out, though fans can sign up for a waiting list at Tixel.com.
Throughout the weekend, afterparties that continue well into the night and early morning hours will pop up once the performances at Hart Plaza conclude. A list of 11 officially sanctioned afterparties is available here: https://movementfestival.com/events.
