Detroit Pistons fans react to team's biggest flop since James Harden

Well, that was 24 minutes of basketball for the Detroit Pistons.

Not good basketball … but basketball … we guess.

The Pistons shot just 38.1% while getting outrebounded to head into the break trailing the Cleveland Cavaliers, 64-47, in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference semifinals on May 17, 2026.

And the reactions from Pistons and Cavs fans reflected that, as top-seeded Detroit became the 14th team in NBA history to trail by at least 17 points at halftime of a Game 7. (Spoiler alert: The first 13 all lost.)
