Florida Gators fantasy college football sleepers to target in 2026

Florida’s most enticing fantasy options are obvious: 2025 All-SEC selection Jadan Baugh will be the Gators’ offensive centerpiece while transfer portal addition Eric Singleton Jr. is the highest-rated pass-catcher on the roster. These key figures and others like breakout freshman Vernell Brown III will likely go early in your draft, but a strong fantasy performance is built on identifying those late-round sleepers; prospects who can outperform their draft position.

As a consensus leader to earn Florida’s vacant starting quarterback role, Aaron Philo has the highest ceiling of any of the Gators’ sleepers. The redshirt sophomore came over from Georgia Tech with new offensive coordinator Buster Faulkner, and his familiarity with the system will net him an edge over freshman Tramell Jones Jr. Driving Faulkner’s hybrid, pro-style offense will give Philo plenty of opportunities to use pre-snap motions, misdirection, and play-action to generate big plays consistently.

Redshirt freshman Duke Clark could emerge as one of the SEC’s better handcuff running backs behind Baugh. With an unsteady QB room, the Gators could end up leaning heavily on the rushing attack, giving Clark plenty of touches. If Baugh misses time due to injury, the former four-star prospect is more than capable of filling in. While the Florida backfield is loaded between transfers London Montgomery and Evan Pryor, Duke came out of spring practices as the front-runner for the RB2 role.

At tight end, the projected starter is redshirt sophomore Luke Harpring, but Amir Jackson provides the Gators’ offense with a vertical threat. Anticipate Jackson to line up on the line of scrimmage and outside in the slot at times. At 6-foot-5-inches, the Statesboro, Georgia, native could be a strong red-zone target for Philo or Jones Jr.
