Just over 24 hours away from the 2026 NBA Draft, USA TODAY has given some respect to this Wisconsin Badgers star.
After being snubbed from nearly every major outlet’s mock draft, Bryan Kalbrosky included Nick Boyd in his.
Not only does Kalbrosky believe the former Badgers guard will be drafted, he doesn’t believe it’ll be as tight of a window as others originally thought.
Boyd was projected to go No. 60 in one mock draft, but jumped all the way up to No. 45 in another. That said, Kalbrosky has found a happy medium as he has Boyd going No. 52 overall to the L.A. Clippers.
Badgers fans know the 25-year-old isn’t being selected in the first round, but NBA teams would certainly be missing out on a certified stud if they opted to ignore what Boyd showed not only in his senior season at Wisconsin, but also in the NBA Combine a few short weeks ago.
