A 25-year-old Milton man died Monday night after losing control of his vehicle on Interstate 10 and hitting a tree.
Florida Highway Patrol troopers responded to Interstate 10 eastbound at mile marker 20 after 8 p.m. June 1 where they found the man in his 2023 Genesis sedan.
“The driver lost control of the vehicle while negotiating a curve in the roadway,” an FHP report said. “As a result the vehicle traveled off the south shoulder of Interstate 10 and into the wood line where the vehicle collided with a tree.”
The man died from his injuries sustained during the crash.
FHP said no one else was involved in the crash.
