The NCAA Postseason Baseball Tournament Super Regionals are set. The Texas Longhorns will host the Oregon Ducks in Austin on Saturday, Sunday and Monday (if necessary). The winner of the series will advance to the College World Series in Omaha, Nebraska.
Texas swept all three games of the Austin Regional, capping the weekend with a 6-4 win over UC Santa Barbara. The Horns outscored their opponents by a combined 41-7. Sunday’s game was much closer than the 19-1 win over Holy Cross and the 16-2 win over Tarleton State.
Oregon had a similar run through the Eugene Regional. The Ducks beat the Yale Bulldogs, Washington State Cougars and rival Oregon State Beavers to reach the next round of the tournament.
The Horns are one the favorites to win the CWS this year. Texas has the second-best odds in the nation, per FanDuel Sportsbook. The Ducks have the 10th-best odds in the nation.
