The Texas Tech softball team looks to score another signature win today when the Red Raiders begin their stay in the Shriners Children’s Clearwater Invitational against Florida State.
The Red Raiders are the consensus No. 1 team in the country after an impressive 6-0 start to the 2026 season. Florida State is ranked sixth in the nation and is also 6-0 on the young season, so one of these teams will suffer its first loss of the season.
