As the world turns its eyes to Milan’s San Siro Stadium for Friday’s Opening Ceremony of the 2026 Winter Olympics, viewers can expect one of the most ambitious and visually sweeping productions in Winter Games history.

The ceremony—rooted in the theme “Armonia,” or harmony—will blend Italian artistry, music and culture across multiple venues in Milan and Cortina d’Ampezzo.

Audiences will see the unprecedented lighting of two Olympic cauldrons, dynamic parades that span four locations across northern Italy, and live performances by global stars including Mariah Carey, Andrea Bocelli, Laura Pausini, and Sabrina Impacciatore.

The Opening Ceremony will air live on NBC starting at 11 a.m. PT, with a primetime encore at 8 p.m., and will stream exclusively on Peacock, where every medal event of the Milano Cortina Games will also be available
