Your “Crush” just might be onstage at the Cathedral City LGBT+ Days this year. “American Idol” alum David Archuleta will headline the 2026 festival, scheduled for March 3-9.
LGBT+ Days is California’s first Pride event of the year and is held in various locations throughout downtown Cathedral City. The theme for 2026 is “CommUNITY Strong,” honoring the resilience, diversity, and strength of the LGBT+ community in the Coachella Valley and beyond.
“For our 10th anniversary, we knew we needed a headliner who not only possesses incredible talent but also embodies the spirit of resilience and authenticity,” Michael Westman, marketing manager of Montage Agency and producer of Cathedral City LGBT+ Days, said in a statement. “David’s journey reminds us that true strength comes from embracing who you are, even when it’s difficult. His voice, his story, and his spirit perfectly align with our mission to celebrate the unbreakable bond of our commUNITY.”
When will David Archuleta perform and how do I get tickets?
Archuleta will perform on the festival’s main stage on Saturday, March 7.
Tickets for the concert and festival passes are now available at cathedralcitylgbtdays.com/tickets. General admission tickets for entry after 4 p.m. on Saturday are $10 and reserved seating are $40. VIP tickets are available for $120. For those seeking a premium experience, VIP table seating for up to eight people is available for $900.
LGBT Days features signature Bed Race and Parade
Each year, the festival includes a Sunday morning Bed Race. Participants decorate a “bed” on wheels and then push it to compete in the race. Other scheduled events feature an opening ceremony, which includes a rally with community leaders, proclamations, and the raising of the pride flag at City Hall; a pride drone show, the festival inside the Cathedral City Community Amphitheater, and more.
