The sounds of the springboard, the splash downs, those screams can only mean one thing; the 2025 girls swimming and diving season is underway.
As girls try to make their cuts for Sections and States, there is a lot of talent in Section 1.
Led by a few members of the defending Section 1 champion Scarsdale and last year’s Rockland swimmer of the year, here’s a look at the names to keep an eye on during the swimming and diving season.
