The votes are in and we have our winner for the Big Bend Preps Athlete of the Week.
After another close round of voting, Leon’s Brooks Warmack has taken home the crown for the Aug. 31-Sept. 7 voting period after receiving 13,304 votes, over 50% of the ballots cast.
Warmack set a school record with six passing touchdowns in a win over Jefferson County. He finished the night 11-of-21 passing for 177 yards.
Congratulations to Warmack and the finalists, Beau Beshears (Maclay), Jordan Kelly (Rickards), Na’Quez Christian (Madison County), Amari Peoples (Chiles) and Teagan Hackett (Florida High)!
