Cracker Barrel is welcoming loyal customers and newcomers with a new look and a southern twist in Michigan fall this season.
The southern “country” style restaurant-store chain is introducing a new logo, and launching a new menu for the fall season as part of its “All the More” campaign, Cracker Barrel announced in an Aug. 19 news release. The company is partnering with country music artist Jordan Davis for the initiative.
The chain is rolling out a simpler interior design for diners to savor the taste of southern classics like buttermilk biscuits and hashbrown casseroles. It’s adding seasonal flavors like a brown sugar latte. You can grab a free side with your meal during a limited-time upcoming deal this weekend, the release said.
The moves come amid Cracker Barrel’s larger rebranding project, including remodeled restaurants. Though the company said customer and staff feedback has been mainly positive, the changes drew mixed reactions and some criticism online, USA TODAY reported.
The chain has nearly 660 locations nationwide, including 15 in Michigan.
“We believe in the goodness of country hospitality, a spirit that has always defined us. Our story hasn’t changed. Our values haven’t changed. With ‘All the More,’ we’re honoring our legacy while bringing fresh energy, thoughtful craftsmanship and heartfelt hospitality to our guests this fall,” said Sarah Moore, chief marketing officer of Cracker Barrel, in the release.
