Argentina's Milei will send electoral reform to congress

BUENOS AIRES, April 21 (Reuters) – Argentine President Javier Milei said on Tuesday he will send an electoral reform bill to Congress on Wednesday to eliminate mandatory primary elections.

The proposed reform would also overhaul campaign financing rules and prohibit individuals with criminal convictions from running for office.
