It seems like the 2026 PWHL season just came to an end, but now it’s time for the biggest draft in league history.
The Professional Women’s Hockey League is in the midst of a rapid expansion, one that is set to welcome four new teams to the fold for the 2026-27 season.
Detroit, Hamilton, Las Vegas, and San Jose are all new to the league, one that has been dominated by the likes of Minnesota and most recently, Montreal.
Now, the time has come for Wisconsin Badgers Caroline Harvey to hear her name called No. 1. Anything else would be surprising, to say the least, and this is a draft that’s expected to be dominated by Mark Johnson’s former players.
