The Wisconsin volleyball team will be looking to take care of business this weekend, but it’ll be a business trip.
The 11th-ranked Badgers travel to Michigan State for a Friday, Nov. 14 match, then go to Illinois for a match the next night.
It’ll be an important weekend for Wisconsin (18-4 overall, 11-3 in the Big Ten) as it tries to keep pace with the teams battling behind top-ranked and undefeated Nebraska in the Big Ten standings. Purdue is second at 12-2, with Indiana and USC right behind the Badgers, at 10-4.
UW got a boost last weekend when setter Charlie Fuerbringer returned after missing the last month with a shoulder injury.

Michigan State on the road could be a tough test. The Spartans are tied for sixth in the conference at 8-6, 18-6 overall.
