Water City WrestlingCon 2026 bringing big names to Oshkosh

OSHKOSH — For independent pro wrestling in Wisconsin, nothing compares to Water City WrestlingCon.

“Water City WrestlingCon is ACW Wisconsin’s, not only ours, but Wisconsin’s biggest independent wrestling convention and event in the state,” Dylan Postl, formerly known as Hornswoggle with the WWE, said. “We sell out every year at 1,500 (people). The convention center has been our home. This will be our sixth Water City WrestlingCon at the convention center. This will be our eighth Water City WrestlingCon, period.”

Water City WrestlingCon will take place on Saturday, May 16, at the Oshkosh Convention Center and is being put on by ACW Wisconsin. Doors open at 4 p.m. with a meet and greet at 4:30 p.m. and showtime is at 6:30 p.m.

“All we want is you to enjoy a night out that’s different than a typical Saturday night,” Postl said. “Every guest you have the opportunity to meet and greet with.”

Tickets are still available online. General admission is what’s available.

Tickets can be purchased through this link.

It’s not just local wrestlers, as the likes of Mark Henry, Eddie Kingston and others will be performing in Oshkosh. For Josh Binder, a native of Oshkosh and Postl’s best friend, it will be his last time performing. Per ACW Wisconsin’s Facebook page, the main event will be Myles Mason against Shawn Priest for the ACW Heavyweight Championship.

“Every year we do a local talent versus a guest in multiple matches. I think this year we have four local talent versus guest matches,” Postl said. “To be able to give the local talent the opportunity to get in the ring, not only so that they can learn, but to just have it on such a cool stage and a cool feather in their cap.”
