Tractor Supply Co. plans to open a new store in Pulaski by early next year, its first in Brown County.
Real estate developer CMK Properties on March 27 purchased a 3.9-acre property at 747 Markham Drive from Kwik Trip Stores Inc. for $125,000, according to state property transaction records.

CMK in a news release said it will build a nearly 22,000-square-foot “prototype” Tractor Supply store on the site. It will be the 10th store the Tennessee-based developer has built for publicly-traded Tractor Supply, which bills itself as a “rural lifestyle retailer.”
“We are excited to continue growing our long-standing relationship with Tractor Supply Company,” said John Hopfensperger, CMK Properties founder and CEO in the news release. “Reaching our 10th project together is a testament to the strength of our partnership and our shared commitment to delivering high-quality retail assets in strong and growing communities.”
The Pulaski store will be Tractor Supply’s 37th store in Wisconsin.
