Should the Wisconsin Badgers decide to move on from Luke Fickell before, during, or after the 2026 season, they have quite a few options to consider.
Once again, Fickell has been put on the hot seat heading into the 2026 season. Wisconsin has a marquee battle with Notre Dame to kick off the season, one that could prove he’s done his due diligence to get this program back to where it once was, or one that could prove the complete opposite.
Even if Fickell does keep his job throughout the season, ESPN compiled a list of coaches who are more than ready to make a jump to the Power Four.
