Critically missing 68-year-old Milwaukee man found safe

Milwaukee police say a critically missing 68-year-old man has been found safe.

Police asked for the public’s help locating the man around 11:30 p.m. Aug. 28, after he had not been in contact with his family for several hours. He had been last believed to be around West 38th and West Rohr streets in Milwaukee.

The man was found and brought back home around 1 a.m. Aug. 29, according to the Milwaukee Police Department.

“Critically missing” is a label police apply to people who may be especially vulnerable due to a variety of factors.
