The Green Bay Police Department identified the woman who died Sept. 1 after falling out of a moving vehicle as 35-year-old Klair Koenig of Green Bay.
Shortly before 3 a.m. Sept. 1, police were dispatched to Packerland Drive and He Nis Ra Lane for a report of a woman who exited a moving vehicle. First responders initiated life-saving measures, but Koenig was pronounced dead at the scene.
The speed limit on Packerland Drive in that area is 35 miles per hour.
The department is continuing to investigate the incident. Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to call the police at 920-448-3200 and reference case #25-242698.
