“Love Island USA” featured a couple sweet and surprise returns last night.
First, Grammy Award winning rapper and singer Megan Thee Stallion made her way back to the villa for a special guest appearance.
And before the night was over, two dumped islanders from Casa Amor were also welcomed back.
In a post-Casa Amor environment where temperatures were rising quickly as tensions boiled over following the recoupling, the hot summer on “Love Island USA” has continued.
Now, it’s about to get hotter with the first date of the season between Trinity Tatum and Bryce Dettloff, a couple whose connection is getting stronger each day and appear poised to win. Also, what will Carl Schmidt and Amora Robinson do with their second chances at love?

For the second straight season, Megan Thee Stallion entered the villa to host a challenge.
After chatting with the girls and boys in their dressing rooms, she then made her way into the villa for “Hot Girl Bakery,” a series of competitions between the girls and boys that involved lots of cake, including shaking it and throwing it.
It was wild and messy with some sweet revenge served.
Stallion, a “Love Island USA” superfan, also mixed in some of her thoughts on the season and what she’s been seeing.
The girls won both of the team competitions. Kenzie and Zach then faced off in a final competition where they had to retrieve a prize hidden within a huge cake with their hands behind their backs.
The prize was a message about the returning dumped Casa boy and girl.
The Sweetest Pie singer had the honors of re-introducing Carl and Amora Robinson, who popped out of giant cakes.
Before she left, she had some parting words for the girls and the boys.
To the girls: “All my girls, keep turning up, keep putting it on, keep being hot girls, doing hot girl things.”
To the boys: “All the boys, y’all could step up the gentleman a little bit more. You know what I’m saying? But keep having a hot boy summer, turning it up.”

The “Love Island USA” season 8 season finale is now less than two weeks away.
The six-week season concludes on Sunday, July 12, where the winning couple will be crowned and awarded $100,000 to split.
Next Love Island USA episode
The next episode of “Love Island USA” airs on Monday, June 29.
It will feature the first date of the season when Trinity and Bryce leave the villa for a day on the water. Aniya will see if she can reconnect with Carl now that he is back in the villa, and Kenzie, in a couple with Dylan, will keep exploring Gal, who is coupled with Jen.
The Melanie and Sincere drama will continue now that Amora, the girl that Sincere connected with in Casa, is in the villa.
And not to be forgotten, the KC and Aniya drama will come to a head as they have their first conversation after the recoupling.
