Critically missing 13-year-old from Milwaukee has been found safe

Milwaukee police announced a 13-year-old boy who was considered critically missing June 24 has been found safe.

The teen had been last seen on June 24 in the 2700 block of North Vel R. Phillips Avenue. Authorities announced he was located later that day, around 10 p.m.

Police use the “critically missing” label for people who could be especially vulnerable due to a variety of factors.
