The driver, a 75-year-old Green Bay man, was unresponsive and pronounced dead at the scene, according to a news release from the sheriff’s office.

Investigators believe the truck was headed south on U.S. 141, but do not know what caused it to leave the road and end up in the wetlands. An ongoing investigation is underway, with the assistance of the Brown County Medical Examiner’s Office.
