Division 1 regional semifinals

De Pere 3, Appleton West 0

DE PERE – The fourth-seeded Redbirds cruised past the 13th-seeded Terrors, winning 25-10, 25-15, 25-13 in the regional semifinals.

De Pere will face fifth-seeded Hortonville on Oct. 25 in the regional final.

West De Pere 3, Green Bay East 0

DE PERE – The third-seeded Phantoms dominated the 14th-seeded Red Devils 25-10, 25-7, 25-6.

West De Pere advances to face sixth-seeded Pulaski on Oct. 25 in the regional final.

Hortonville 3, Green Bay Southwest 0

HORTONVILLE – The fifth-seeded Polar Bears made short work of the 12th-seeded Trojans, winning 25-13, 25-12, 25-10.

Hortonville will take on fourth-seeded De Pere on Oct. 25 in the regional final.

Pulaski 3, Ashwaubenon 0

PULASKI – The sixth-seeded Red Raiders cruised past the 11th-seeded Jaguars 25-13, 25-9, 25-18.

Pulaski will face third-seeded West De Pere on Oct. 25 in the regional final.

Green Bay Preble 3, Appleton North 2

GREEN BAY – The seventh-seeded Hornets outlasted the 10th-seeded Lightning 25-22, 19-25, 16-25, 26-24, 15-8.

Preble will take on second-seeded Bay Port on Oct. 25 in the regional final.

Division 2 regional semifinals

Luxemburg-Casco 3, Seymour 0

LUXEMBURG – The second-seeded Spartans upended the seventh-seeded Thunder 25-14, 25-13, 25-19 in regional action.

Luxemburg-Casco will face third-seeded Oconto Falls on Oct. 25 in the regional final.

“The match had a weird flow all night, all the credit to Amber (Thompson) and her team,” Luxemburg-Casco coach Jeff Frey said. “They played scrappy and made us work. Proud of our girls. It was a great way to start the playoffs. This team is about surviving and advancing, and we earned another practice and match.”

Leading the Spartans were Alayna Deprez with 32 assists and 10 digs, Aubrey Frey with 18 kills and seven digs, Claire Schleis with seven kills, Ali Jansen with five kills, MJ Olson with five kills and Danica Bartels with 11 digs.

Oconto Falls 3, Notre Dame 0

OCONTO FALLS – The third-seeded Panthers were dominant in the win over the sixth-seeded Tritons, winning 25-13, 25-20, 25-19.

The Panthers will face second-seeded Luxemburg-Casco on Oct. 25 in the regional final.

Setter Izzy Otto directed the Panthers’ balanced attack with 30 assists and added nine digs on defense. Calli Bursa led the offense with eight kills, while Lucy Ripley and Ella Jahnke each tallied seven kills.

Rhiana Van De Yacht chipped in six kills, and Brenna Belanger made her presence felt from the service line with five aces.

Freedom 3, Denmark 1

FREEDOM – The fourth-seeded Irish outlasted the fifth-seeded Vikings 25-20, 25-20, 22-25, 25-21.

Freedom will battle top-seeded Fox Valley Lutheran on Oct. 25 in the regional final.

Division 3 regional semifinals

Bonduel 3, Oconto 0

OCONTO – The seventh seeded Bears stunned the second-seeded Blue Devils, earning a sweep. Bonduel started fast and cruised to the 25-11, 25-23, 25-17 victory.

Bonduel will play at Peshtigo on Oct. 25 in the regional final.

Manitowoc Lutheran 3, Kewaunee 0

MANITOWOC – The top-seeded Lancers made short work of the eighth-seeded Storm, cruising to a 25-14, 25-8, 25-16 regional win.

Peshtigo 3, Weyauwega-Fremont 0

PESHTIGO – The third-seeded Bulldogs cruised past the sixth-seeded Warhawks 25-19, 25-18, 25-11 to earn the regional win.

Peshtigo will host Bonduel in the regional final Oct. 25.

Valders 3, Southern Door 0

VALDERS – The second-seeded Vikings cruised past the seventh-seeded Eagles 25-16, 25-21, 25-20.

Valders will face third-seeded Brillion on Oct. 25 in the regional final.

Kiel 3, Wrightstown 0

KIEL – The fourth-seeded Raiders topped the fifth-seeded Tigers 25-19, 25-17, 25-16.

Kiel will face top-seeded Manitowoc Lutheran on Oct. 25 in the regional final.

Division 4 regional semifinals

Crivitz 3, Manawa 0

CRIVITZ – The Wolverines defeated the Wolves 25-17, 25-18, 25-23.

Hattie Frievalt led Crivitz with 17 assists. Marli Meyers had 12 kills. Meyers and Kiya Brand each had eight digs. Izzy Wesoloski and Taryn Tracy both had seven digs.

Crivitz plays for the regional title Oct. 25 at Wabeno/Laona.

Sevastopol 3, Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah 2

STURGEON BAY – The fourth-seeded Pioneers outbattled the fifth-seeded Resorters 14-25, 25-22, 18-25, 30-28, 15-11.

Sevastopol will face top-seeded Valley Christian in Oshkosh on Oct. 25 in the regional final.

Division 5 regional semifinals

Green Bay NEW Lutheran 3, Gresham 0

GREEN BAY – The second-seeded Blazers started fast and cruised to the 25-8, 25-18, 25-14 win over seventh-seeded Gresham.

Leading NEW Lutheran were Sydney Steffel with nine kills and three aces, Olivia Kirchner with 19 assists and six aces, Kiera Adams-McIntosh with five kills, including her 500th career kill, Jaden Schmidt with 13 digs, and Kiley Dhein with five aces and 10 digs.

The Blazers host Almond-Bancroft on Oct. 25 at 7 p.m. in the regional final.

Central Wisconsin Christian 3, Providence Academy 0

WAUPUN – The Crusaders defeated the Palladins 25-19, 25-11, 25-15 to advance to the regional final Oct. 25.

Kiley Beer led Central Wisconsin Christian with 11 kills. Kate Westra had 14 assists and Hannah Abel added 13. Lauren Ruis had 16 digs.

Niagara 3, Gillett 2

NIAGARA – Third-seeded Niagara rallied past sixth-seeded Gillett 18-25, 22-25, 25-20, 25-20, 15-9.

Niagara will face second-seeded Florence on Oct. 25 in the regional final.

Suring 3, Wausaukee 0

SURING – The top-seeded Eagles cruised to a big win over the ninth-seeded Rangers 25-7, 25-15, 25-13.

Suring will face fourth-seeded Elcho on Oct. 25 in the regional final.

Elcho 3, Lena 1

ELCHO – Fourth-seeded Elcho was too much for the fifth-seeded Wildcats 25-18, 25-21, 20-25, 25-21.

Elcho will take on top-seeded Suring on Oct. 25 in the regional final.

BOYS SOCCER

Division 3 regional semifinals

Luxemburg-Casco 2, Marinette 2

MARINETTE – The Spartans and Marines battled to a draw before Luxemburg-Casco prevailed in the shootout 4-3.

Luxemburg-Casco and Marinette traded goals in the second half with Liam Clochesy scoring for Marinette and Connor Hart for Luxemburg-Casco.

In overtime, Hunter Schneider put Marinette ahead 2-1 in the 85th minute with Elvin Mendoza tying the match in the 100th minute.

In the shootout, Luxemburg-Casco got goals from Rylen Hinckley, Carson Hunsaker, Mendoza and Dylan Roberts.

Marinette got shootout goals from Ismael Ayala, Kaden Ducane and Trevin Schmercheck.

Carson Kroller had 11 saves for Luxemburg-Casco.

Laurin Haiden had three saves for Marinette.

Luxemburg-Casco, which is now 7-9-1, will play at Fox Valley Luthean for the regional title Oct. 25.

Marinette finishes with a 9-5-2 record.

Notre Dame 8, Seymour 0

GREEN BAY – The Tritons host Sheboygan Falls in the regional final Oct. 25 at 1 p.m. after they defeated the Thunder.

Notre Dame is now 12-4-3.

Seymour finishes the season with a 4-17-3 record.

Shawano 8, Antigo 0

SHAWANO – The Hawks will play New London for the regional title Oct. 25 after blanking the Red Robins.

Shawano is now 15-2-1.

Sheboygan Falls 4, Denmark 1

SHEBOYGAN FALLS – Kaleb Whitwam had 12 saves for the Vikings in the regional semifinal loss.

Sheboygan Falls will play at Notre Dame against the Tritons at 1 p.m. Oct. 25 for the regional title.

Denmark concludes its season with a 7-10-2 record.

Division 4 regional semifinals

Peshtigo 1, Providence Academy 0

PESHTIGO – The Bulldogs found the back of the net in the second half to defeat the Palladins.

Peshtigo, which is now 11-8-3, will face Sturgeon Bay for the regional title Oct. 25.

Providence Academy ends its season with a record of 8-11-5.

Sturgeon Bay 10, Gresham/Bowler 0

STURGEON BAY – The Clippers cruised past the Wildcats to advance to the regional final against Peshtigo.

Gibraltar/Sevastopol 3, Roncalli 2

FISH CREEK – The Vikings prevailed in overtime to defeat the Jets.

Gibraltar/Sevastopol is now 13-6-3.

Gibraltar/Sevastopol will play at Kiel in the regional final Oct. 25.

Algoma 2, Wrightstown 1

ALGOMA – The Wolves took a 1-0 lead in the first half en route to the win over the Tigers.

Algoma, which is now 10-7-3, will play Lourdes Academy/Valley Christian for the regional title Oct. 25.

Wrightstown finishes its season with a record of 5-11-3.
