Free beer.
Where?
Anyone who visits the Franklin Beer Garden at Croatian Park, 9100 S. 76th St., between 5 and 10 p.m. Thursday, July 24, gets a free beer.
The free brew, specifically a Croatian Park Ale, is only available while supplies last, according to a Facebook post from the Franklin Beer Garden.
Why?
The event is in celebration of the new pavilion at Croatian Park.
The new pavilion includes numerous amenities including a full service bar and a stage.
The Franklin Beer Garden operates on Thursdays from 5 to 10 p.m. from May 15 through Oct. 16. For those who miss the free beer, the beer garden offers “buy one get one free” on tap beers from 5 to 6 p.m. all season, according to its Facebook event page.
